My Associates

I often call on associates to more closely tailor my services to my clients’ needs. Below are three associates with whom I often work.

Ann Holm (ENFP), MS, ACC, CCC is a certified coach serving clients or groups seeking to uncover personal potential through brain savvy principles and the use of relevant assessment tools. Ann has a lifelong interest in applied brain science. Prior to her transition into personal development and executive coaching in 2009, she coached brain-injured clients for 25 years with an emphasis on cognitive recovery that was personally meaningful to the client. Rather than set the goals for the client, the approach was collaborative and the outcomes more resilient. She holds a B.A. in Psychology, Speech and Hearing and an M.S. in Speech Pathology from the University of Michigan. She received her coaches training from the Coaches Training Institute and received certification from the International Coaching Federation.

Dr. Beth Russell (ENFP) and I collaborated to develop Differentiated School Leadership. Dr. Russell is Principal of Southview Middle School, Edina, MN. Prior to this position, she served as Director of the Institute for Learning at Minneapolis Public Schools, and as a middle school principal in Minneapolis and other districts. She holds a BS in Child Development and Family Relations from Colorado State University, a Masters in Social Work from the University of Minnesota and a doctorate in Educational Policy and Administration from the University of Minnesota.
