Join Us for the In-Person Balance and Belonging Event: London, June 16-17

The international type community thrived throughout the COVID-19 pandemic by making the most of virtual round-the-world conferences and seminars. Now we’re adding in- person sessions that include experiences which simply can’t be replicated online.

I’ll be facilitating a learn-by-doing session on “Mindfulness for All Types” based on both my work with Educator Bandwidth and Positive Intelligence. Here’s a brief description:
While meditation, breathing exercises, and yoga are often touted as keys to mindfulness, they present different struggles and opportunities for different personality types. In this workshop, experience more ways of staying in the present moment as we also explore why developing this habit is important. Walk away with new strategies for yourself, your clients, friends, or family. And, have some fun!
