I founded Differentiated Coaching Associates to increase leadership effectiveness. “Leader” includes business leaders, education leaders, and teachers, every one of whom is a leader in his or her classroom. I work to form partnerships that align my skills with your needs, with clear, realistic parameters around goals, resources, time frames, and coordination with other initiatives. My end goal is to ensure that leaders can be more intentional, systemic and practical in their work.
I work as a consultant, specializing in team building, leadership coaching, and school staff development. I am also the coauthor of over 20 books, including Intentional Leadership, Differentiated Coaching: A Framework for Helping Teachers Change, LifeKeys and Unleashing the Positive Power of DIfferences. I hold an MBA in finance from the Carlson School of Management and a doctorate in Educational Leadership from the University of St. Thomas.
My certifications include: Positive Intelligence Coaching, Hogan Assessments, MBTI® Master Practitioner, MBTI Step II and Step III instruments, the EQ-i 2.0, and the Strong Interest Inventory. I am also a certified Neuroscience of Personality practitioner.
